Return Policy

Thank you for shopping with LAM20. We strive to provide our customers with high-quality products and excellent customer service. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, we offer the following return policy:

1. Returns are accepted within 7 days of the delivery date.

2. The item must be unused, in its original condition, and with all tags and packaging intact.

3. To initiate a return, please email us at info@lam20.com with your order number and reason for the return. We will provide you with instructions on how to proceed with the return.

4. Customers are responsible for the cost of shipping the item back to us.

5. Once we receive the item, we will inspect it and issue a refund, minus the original shipping cost, within 14 days.

6. We do not offer exchanges at this time. If you would like a different item, please place a new order on our website.

Please note that returns that do not meet the above criteria will not be accepted. Also, please allow 3-5 business days for the refund to appear on your account; refunds may take longer depending on your financial institution.
